Meet Darcy Lyn:

Howdy Y'all!

I grew up in the heart of Nashville, TN

and I am proud to call Music City USA my home.

I love the people and the energy of the city

and peaceful beauty of the countryside.

I love the creativity that is on display

every minute of every day.

From murals to fashion to theatre and music,

the artists in this city continue to

keep me in awe of their talents.

When I was in college, I met my husband

on a dance floor in Charleston, SC.

He swept me off my feet and took me all over

the world. When he retired from the US NAVY,

he brought me back home to Nashville.

I have been teaching dance and fitness since 2008.

I have a passion for living well and helping others do the same.

Music and dance are some of the best conductors of joy

and I hope to bring that feeling to everyone on the dance floor!

I hope you allow us to lead your party, facilitate your ice breaker,
